Log Books

Log Books are used to set up sharable web-based lists. Each list can consist of up to 25 columns. A date column, and client pick list column, can also be prepended to the front of each log book. The columns can be formatted as a text field, text area, or pick list; and the column data can be set to required.

Capabilities Overview

  • Create an unlimited number of Log Books.
  • Create up to 25 columns per book; each column can have a unique name.
  • Configure each column as a text field, text area or picklist.
  • Set each column optional or required as necessary.
  • Prepend a date column and or a client pick list column to the beginning of each Log Book ─ if needed.
  • Sort the list by any column.
  • Add, edit and delete records as required.
  • Search the Log Book by either column.
  • Select and print Log Books as needed.
  • Export Log Books to your default web browser, Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel.
  • Restrict access to the Log Books application by system user account.
