Client Database

The Client Database is the central management point for all basic client information.
Information entered in the Client Database application flows to the other
Integrated Business Applications as needed. Enabling or disabling clients in the Client Database will enable and disable the client related functions in the other integrated applications as appropriate. You can store both primary and alternate client information in the Client Database. You can also publish selected information like addresses and notes to the company directory on a client-by-client basis.

Capabilities Overview

  • Store primary and secondary client contact information.
  • Add an unlimited number of secondary Internet and physical addresses and telephone numbers — categorized by type.
  • Organize clients into custom groupings.
  • Publish client information to the company directory.
  • Print a list of all clients or clients filtered by group.
  • Export client lists to your web browser, Microsoft Word or Excel.
  • Access client information through the HTML5 app.
  • Restrict access to the client database application based on user account.
